I provide therapy for individual adult clients and short-term couples counseling, both outlined in more detail below:

I work with adult individuals to address varying factors such as trauma, structural dissociation, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, parenting & caretaker stress, work/career concerns, and more. While I believe that evidence-based modalities can play an important role in therapy, I do not utilize a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. The modalities I draw on most heavily are Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Feminist Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). It is important that you are informed regarding our work together and I welcome questions about these modalities and my approach. We can collaborate to identify both your strengths and goals.

I assist people in relationships (including couples and non-monogamous folks) to support secure functioning in preparation for commitment (marriage, having children, re-committing, committing without marriage, etc.). I have trained in the “Prepare/Enrich” method and use this model for short-term relationship counseling.
